Apt-2D Development acquired the Passyunk Ave property in the heart of Queen Village, Philadelphia. The site is located next to the coveted Meredith Elementary School, eclectic shops and great restaurants.
Originally conceived as a small renovation project, the community voiced their desires for something more. After multiple conversations with the community and zoning board, we received entitlements for a 3-unit mixed use building. The site was successfully prepared, packaged and sold to a local developer.
